At Zebra Pen, we stand behind the quality of our writing instruments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable shipping method to send your package to our designated returns processing center.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement pens within 5-7 business days.
